Our House

It's finally here!!!! It will be pinned together on Tuesday. After that I'll take pics of the inside and post them. Huge thanks to Uncle Benton for spreading our gravel for the driveway!!! Huge thanks to Dad, Brian, Uncle Benton, Grannie and Pop-Pop for trenching our water line!!

Second Day of School

Here's a picture of Hunter getting off the bus. Today he was advanced in his reading.

First Day of School

Hunter's first day of first grade was Monday. He did great! He loves his teacher this year! He especially likes Math.

Another House update

We've had a busy week. We put in a mailbox, scraped the ground where the house is going to go. Got our meter pole and our water mere put in. We even got the gravel for the driveway! Our house is going to be delivered tomorrow between 1p-2p!!! HOORAY!!! They will pin it together on Tuesday! Check out our work so far....

Granny and I took the boys to Sears to have their pictures taken. Hunter did great. Connor on the other hand was not happy to be there. Here are a few of the better pictures. Also I have no idea why this is underlining and I have no idea how to turn it off ;)

House update

Well our house should be delivered the end of this week. So Brian, Dad and Uncle Benton have been very busy. They have already scrapped the lot and staked out where the house goes along with the garage, meter pole, water meter and where the big huge eletric pole goes. Today they put the meter pole in. Tomorrow they will scrap where the house is going again, cut the grass that will eventually be the yard and finish putting up our mailbox!!! I'll take more pictures tomorrow but here's a couple. The first one is a view of our backyard. The last one is a view of our front yard. Hunter's room will have a view of the horse pasture and Connor's room will have a view of the front yard. Also stay tuned for first day of school pictures as Hunter begins first grade on Monday.

Fabulous! That's the word for our super Aunt Catherine. She is the artist of our current blog background. Thank you!!! It looks terrific!

New House

We have signed the papers for a new house!!! It is going to be a manufactured home. If you go to www.solitairehomes.com and click on floor plans and then select floor plan DWPRT-4A, you will be able to see it. For a video tour click tour 3. We should find out or estimated delivery date tomorrow. We are hoping for sooner rather than later. As a side note dad had surgery today on his rotator cuff. He did great and is recovering at home. Catherine and I went stroller skating with the kids last week. It was great! Check out Makayla's blog for some pics.
